30 + years as a General Contractor developing and rezoning residential and commercial real-estate thru out Alaska. My experience includes building multi million dollar commercial buildings including all the civil and underground work.I was also successful working with the Municipality of Anchorage and the community councils to creating the first R-3A Town Center zoning in Anchorage.I am a life long Alaskan and was blessed to have been a successful baseball and football coach for over ten years
