Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has ten Pre-Licensing Classes each year located in both our Anchorage and Wasilla office. Learn from the best! Our long standing instructor Doug Goodwin is a top producing realtor in the state of Alaska and has helped many students to pass the exam after their class is complete.

2023 Available Classes:

May 19-21: Anchorage

Typical hours include:  Friday – 5-9 pm, Saturday – 9-5 pm, Sunday – 9-5 pm

There are 20 hours of training that take place in class and 20 hours of correspondence to take place outside of class while you are studying. After this point, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alaska Realty can provide additional training to focus on any areas you may need help with but you should be ready for your final licensing test. When you pass the test, interview with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alaska Realty and learn about all of the one on one training, learning opportunities and marketing to get your name out there that are provided at no cost.

Our class is only $259. Payment is taken when course materials are distributed and can be paid via card, check or cash.
