Grace immigrated from the Philippines in July 2002 answering the call for healthcare workers in Alaska. She has a BS Nursing degree from the University of the Philippines in Manila. She speaks Tagalog/Ilocano fluently. Grace and her husband fell in love with what AK has to offer--from its picturesque views, outdoor actvs. & simple lifestyle. They became homeowners after 2 summers. Blessed with 3 kids, they continue to live the "American Dream". Grace is passionate about helping people. Off work, she also volunteers many hours in community service. She values hardwork, integrity, respect, competence, responsiveness; just among others. Relationships with others takes precedence over other things.
