After selling real estate in Alaska for more than 25 years, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting many Buyers and Sellers in achieving their real estate goals. One of the greatest compliments I receive is when my clients recommend me to their family members, friends, coworkers, and even their children in order that I may help them as well. I don’t sell real estate. I educate, guide, counsel, and provide resources and information that helps my clients make the best real estate decisions for themselves and their families. My goal is to be a trusted advisor, to create a relationship with my clients that extends beyond the closing of the transaction and to be their real estate resource before, during, and after the sale. I am active in my industry and have served as President of the Alaska Multiple Listing Service, Anchorage Board of REALTORS®, Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), and chairperson of the State of Alaska Real Estate Commission.
