Karla McBride has been an Alaskan resident for more than half a century, arriving in Alaska in 1973. Attending the University of Alaska Anchorage, she earned her undergraduate degree in education. She taught in the Anchorage and Mat-Su School Districts as wel as in Bush Alaska. In 2007, she decided to transition to real estate and became a realtor. Since 2007, has Karla helped families across the May-Su Valley purchase and sell their properties, be it to retire to the Mat-Su Valley, sell the home of a loved one, start a dog kennel or goat farm, to living on a airstrip. Karla gains much satisfaction from helping families and individuals achieve their goal of home ownership or selling their home to downsize or relocate out of state.
